Memory Circuit design Engineers

Experience : 2-5 Years Experience

• Transistor level circuit design involving critical path modeling
• Design and qualification memory bit cell, sense amplifier, read and write circuitry
• Characterization, qualification of SRAM, RAMS, Register Files and cad view generations

Memory Layout design Engineers

Experience : 2-5 Years Experience

• Understanding of memory compiler floor plan
• Memory Leafcell layout development
• Memory backend Qualifications (DRC/LVS/ERC/DFM)
• Electrical qualifications (EM/IR)
